I needed a no bake, no cooking recipe for my daughters school project....Thank you, this was a life saver of an idea!
Apple Crisp
- 4 cups apples (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put apples in 9×9inch baking dish and coat with lemon juice. Mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly; spread over apples. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.
