Cheesy Mashed Potatoes Recipe

6 large potatoes

1/2 cup milk

3 tsp. butter

1 tsp. salt

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 small onion (chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place potatoes in large cooking pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. Peel skins and put into bowl, blending milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and cream cheese with a hand mixer. Add onion and cheese and stir. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
