Deep Fried Mushrooms
- 1.5 pounds mushrooms (large)
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil (to fry)
Wash mushrooms, pat dry, and cut off stems. Whisk eggs. Dip mushrooms in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs. Deep fry for 2-4 minutes or until browned and crisp.
