Devil’s food cupcakes recipe  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate (melted)
  • 1 cup milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In large bowl blend together the sugar, butter, and vanilla; mix well. Blend eggs and chocolate into mixture. Add flour mixture and milk a little at a time until mixture is blended well. Use cupcake liners or spray a 12 and a 6 cup muffin tin. Fill each cup 3/4 full and place in the oven to cook for about 20 minutes.
