Mini Pecan Tarts
Crust
- 1 3 oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup flour
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 24 balls, chill. When chilled spread in muffin tins.
Filling
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. butter (melted)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
Mix all ingredients together and pour 1 tsp. of filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden.
