Perogies  

  • 8 perogies (I like to use the frozen potato and cheddar ones)
  • 1 cup fettucini sauce
  • 1 cup frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc)
  • 3-5 Tbsp. oil

Place a skillet over high heat and pour oil in pan. Place the perogies and vegetables in the skillet and cook until perogies are browned. Pour sauce over everything then sprinkle with shredded cheese. If making more turn heat to medium heat after cooking each batch. 8 perogies serves one, if you like a hearty meal like I do.
