Stuffed Chicken With Red Sauce Recipe  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 16 oz. container ricotta cheese
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 roma tomato
  • italian seasoning
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce (such as:Â Ragu in an flavor)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chicken breast flat, make small pocket leaving one inch on each end in the side of each chicken breast. Mix together ricotta cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Lightly Sprinkle ricotta cheese mixture with italian seasoning. Stuff each chicken breast with ricotta cheese mixture and place in a 3 quart casserole dish. Once all the chicken breasts have been stuffed and placed in the casserole dish, cover with sauce and place into oven and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
